Mr.C Vijayakumaran Nair

With decades of diversified experience in the banking and nonbanking service domain, it was the longtime dream and aspiration of Mr. C. Vijayakumaran Nair to form an NBFC. It was his determination and vision that eventually paved the way to the formation of Tattva Fincorp Limited. Prior to this, he had a decade-long career at ICICI bank where his leadership and initiatives elevated him as the National head for the secured portfolio. Mr. Vijayakumaran Nair also worked with Anagram Finance and Ashok Leyland Finance at Middle Management level. His career trajectory formed the blueprint and strong foundation for the beginning of Tattva in April 2017.

Mr. P R Sathyanarayanan

Over twenty-seven years of experience in banking and NBFC service domain, Mr. P R Sathyanarayanan handles Sales, Credit, Risk and collections assignments at different levels. Started his career with Integrated Finance Limited, promoted by MRF group, at the branch level. He then moved to ICICI Bank and served 16 long years. He has a thorough knowledge of macro and microfinance market in South India and Tamil Nadu in particular. After ICICI Bank, he is active in ARC business.

Mr. Natarajan Muthuraman

Mr. Natarajan Muthuraman is the Co-founder and Director of RiverBridge Investment Advisors Pvt. Ltd, a boutique investment banking firm with focus on assisting SMEs (small and medium enterprises) to access mainstream capital sources, including private equity, mezzanine funding and identifying strategic investors for M & A transactions. Mr. Natarajan Muthuraman is former Director – Ratings at CRISIL Ltd. He has handled credit rating assignments across various sectors and has been a voting member of CRISIL’s rating committee. Mr. Natarajan Muthuraman was also in charge of CRISIL’s Executive Training business and was involved in CRISIL’s training initiative for many years, conducting several training sessions in India and abroad. With 20 years of experience in the financial markets in India and abroad, Mr. Natarajan Muthuraman has a keen insight in the areas of credit risk evaluation, corporate governance, fund raising, M&A, valuation and capital structuring. Natarajan Muthuraman is an engineer from College of Engineering, Guindy and a management graduate from IIM, Bangalore.

Mr. Raju Kapparath

Mr. Raju Kapparath, Independent Director of the company, is a seasoned professional with 24+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, financial services, and business strategy across India, Singapore, and APAC.

He has held leadership roles at Dell Technologies and Barclays Capital, managing IT operations and service delivery for global banks. His career spans key positions at EMC, Jardine OneSolution, Frontline Solutions, and ExxonMobil in Singapore, as well as Impact Systems (WIPRO Franchisee) and Asset International in India.

A Mathematics graduate from the University of Calicut with ITIL certifications, Raju excels in IT service management, strategic implementation, and business leadership in complex global environments.
